Mr. Cronin-Prather has represented clients in all aspects of business, commercial, and employment litigation and counseled numerous businesses on the same issues for over eight years in both California and Washington. Being barred in both Washington and California he has extensive experience with both state and local laws as well as federal laws impacting businesses and employers and the impact they have on anything from a start-up business to a mega corporation. He has counseled numerous businesses on a wide array of business and employment issues, and has served as outside general counsel for a multitude of businesses. Because of his experience defending businesses in corporate and employment litigation, both in Washington and California, he has seen the pitfalls that employers and businesses fall into and has helped businesses navigate those legal waters to proactively keep business owners and their employees out of court and away from costly litigation. He also serves on the board of directors of an insurance brokerage based in California and serves as their general counsel as well. In this role he continually counsels the business on employment issues that arise and advises the CEO and board on general business matters incident to the health and growth of the company. Ryan’s eight plus years of experience puts him in an ideal position to advice and counsel businesses on employment, transactional, and corporate matters to allow owners and employees of businesses to focus on what is important, their jobs.
