
Anthony Dee

As a commercial litigator with Fears | Nachawati, Anthony focuses his practice on representing business owners. Anthony has ample experience in litigation from a judicial and corporate perspective. During law school, he served in federal court chambers under Judge Shon Erwin and Judge Suzanne Mitchell in the Western District of Oklahoma. He also served in Judge Richard Ogden’s chambers in the Oklahoma County District Court where he drafted multiple judicial rulings. One specific ruling was repeatedly upheld by the Oklahoma Court of Appeals and became caselaw in the state of Oklahoma. Anthony also has experience assisting clients with a variety of business matters including, but not limited to, reviewing and drafting vendor agreements, employee handbooks, trademark applications, and contractual agreements. His unique combination of litigation and transactional experience enables him to advise clients while balancing the business perspective of a legal strategy. He zealously pursues the interests of the firm’s business clients and helps them obtain the most favorable result in the outcome of their case. Anthony’s faith and family are important to him. He has taken mission trips to Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle-East, and South America. Anthony, his wife, and son live north of the Dallas metroplex and enjoy trips to the lake and spending time with their family and friends.
