Conditional Dismissal Negotiated for Client

November 14, 2013

Taylor was charged with Assault Involving Family Violence for allegedly assaulting his mother.  He is 19 years-old and has no prior criminal record.  We encouraged the prosecuting attorney to contact his mother and confirm that their relationship has been repaired and he is not a threat to her safety.

Upon confirming these facts we convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the case entirely on the condition that our client complete an anger management class.  Thereafter the client can apply for an expunction to clear his record of this case entirely.

If you have a criminal charge pending against you, please do not delay in contacting our law office.  Immediate action can often result in a more favorable outcome in your case.  Call us today.
