Passenger Van Accident In The Colony Injures 10

10 hospitalized after a crash between a SUV and passenger Van. On the northbound Sam Rayburn Toll way frontage road in The Colony. Police said a large passenger van carrying 11 people was in a left turn only lane but went straight through the intersection at Paige Road about 1:30 pm. it was hit by a crossover SUV in an adjacent lane as that driver made a legal left turn.

Police were forced to close the road for about an hour. Officer Keli Hunt, a spokeswoman for the Colony police said one passenger in the van was ejected through a side window. Those hurt were taken by ambulance to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. The ages and conditions have not been released.
