Woman Surrenders In Hit & Run Of Boy On Go Kart
A Richardson woman turned herself in Tuesday on a charge of failure to stop and render aid in a July 14th hit and run accident that left a 12 year old boy seriously injured. Elain Burbridge needs a great criminal defense attorney and lives near where the child was struck in the 900 block of Floyd Road appeared at the police station with an attorney and was released after posting a $5,000 bond.Devin Byrd is only 12 and was riding a go kart on the sidewalk near Heights Park when a black sub left the roadway and ran over him, then made a U turn in the park and drove away. He remains in critical condition at Children's medical Center in Dallas Texas.
